Customer Support Associate - US Voice [Noida]

This is a Noida based position for a Customer Service Representative. This is a pure customer service role.

Experience

0 - 3 years of experience in international BPO (US voice process preferred)

Education Class 12+

Skills Required

• Excellent English language skills are required (spoken & written)
• Good phone communications skills - be able to listen and respond appropriately
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Ability to work in a team
• Good problem solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle International Inbound Calls (US).
• Resolve customer queries within the assigned time frame.
• Documents actions and resolutions

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary Rs. 18,0000 - 25,000/month

Cab facility within 35 kms Noida, Sector 135

OTHER INFORMATION

Work/ shift times: 9.5 hours between [4:00pm to 7:00 am]

5 day week with  Rotational Shifts/Consecutive Days off

Two rounds of client interviews & Test

In most cases, Offer Letters are issued within 48 hours

Candidates that can join immediately are preferred

Maximum Notice period 30 days
