Fresher: ₹15,000 in -hand
Experience (up to 1 year): ₹20,000 CTC

Job Overview:
A leading MNC is seeking candidates for a Non -Voice Blended Process for the E Commerce Project. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a fast -paced environment and welcomes applications from both undergraduate and graduate candidates. A VERSANT score of 40 or above is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through email and chat support. Providing excellent non -voice customer service in a timely manner. Ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism in communication. Resolving customer queries related to products and services. Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory VERSANT score of 40+.
Undergraduate/Graduate (UG/Grad) candidates are eligible to apply.
Good communication skills.
