Customer Support Co -Ordinator – Hindi

Location: Infopark, Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Fresher / 1 to 3 years (BPO / Customer Support – Hindi Process)
Excellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory)
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)


Shift Details
  • Female Candidates: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Male Candidates: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 5 Days | 2 Days off

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Co -Ordinator (Hindi Process) who will act as the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem -solving.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Hindi and English and are looking to start or grow their career in the BPO / Customer Support domain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Address customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
  3. Understand customer requirements and guide them in utilizing products/services effectively
  4. Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns
  6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
  7. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
  8. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service quality
  9. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and service levels


Requirements

  1. Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
  2. Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support (Hindi voice process preferred)
  3. Experience in handling customer calls will be an added advantage

Required Skills
  • Excellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and empathetically
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools
  • Problem -solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
