Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
· 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, customer success, telecalling, or after -
sales support. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
· Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
· Hindi and regional language proficiency is a plus.
· Comfortable handling customers over WhatsApp, email, chat, and phone calls.
· Basic familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot, WATI, or similar
platforms is a plus.
· Willingness to learn product details, customer support processes, and internal tools.
· Ability to stay calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
· Comfortable working with order details, shipment updates, warranty claims, service requests, and
customer feedback.
· Empathy -driven approach to customer problem -solving.
