This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the customer end (Chennai) by ensuring the availability of the material with quality norms and standards.
To address and resolve the quality, delivery, or shipment concerns on time and ensure there are no customer complaints. To communicate the specific requirement received from
the customer end to the internal counterparts. To track, check, and ensure the material shipment condition at the customer's end before the concern is raised by the customer.
To support for the getting on-time payments, and purchase orders from the customer end. To build a strong relationship with customers.
Must be able to create various reports and dashboards to improve the efficiency of customer support and service through various types of data collection and analysis.
