Job Description - Customer Support Engineer/Executive

Job Description

What Will You Do:

  • Answer Inbound Calls for all type of Queries by Existing & New Customers.
  • Make Outbound Calls to Customers, Vendors and suppliers for all business-related matters. Provide correct and complete information to customers queries through inbound & outbound calls. 
  • Should Support/Handle Customers Queries, Post Repair/Sales Support on Call, Emails, Whatsapp & Online Chat.
  • Replying to Customer Enquiries received through different types of channels.
  • Provide quality service to the customer and focus on First Call Resolution to reduce Contact Ratio.
  • Must work on standard operating procedures made by the company and departments.
  • Helping Support, Sales & Marketing Team upon necessity.
  • We reach our goal with 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • B.C.A Preferred.
  • B.Sc - C.S/I.T Preferred.
  • Any Degree

Additional Information

Who Can Apply?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on Email, Phone, Chat etc
  • Handling inbound calls / emails / chats.
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc
  • Good knowledge on Quotations, Invoices etc
  • Good in Negotiations.
  • Experience in Managing Customers & Suppliers/Vendors.
  • Confident in taking up new challenges
  • Socially adaptable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events preferred.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organization.
  • Experience in IT Hardware/Networking Industry preferred.
  • Experience range between 1 to 3 years
