Job Description - Customer Support Executive


Job Title - Customer support Executive
Process - Center health care Process
Location - Thane
Salary -Upto 35k in hand

Experience required - HSC/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months or above of voice based customer service experience mandatory

➡ Rounds : HR-Amcat- Writex-Ops- Typing

➡Quality: C2

➡ Requirements:

Comms skill - Excellent

Assessments - Amcat - SVAR score of 65 mandatory

➡Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts

➡Week offs: 5days of working. Any 2 Rotational week offs

Job Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
