💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
📍 Location: Proziod Analytics Pvt Ltd., Tower-B, 2202, Ardente Office One, 2nd Floor, ITPL Main Rd, Hoodi, Bengaluru (Work From Office)

As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a key role in assisting customers and ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll interact with customers across multiple channels, address their concerns, and work with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats

Provide accurate solutions and support to customer issues

Maintain detailed documentation of interactions

Assist in enhancing customer satisfaction and experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns efficiently

Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
