Job Description - Customer Support Executive

  • Responding to customer calls, emails, or chats and providing accurate information about products or services
  • Understanding customer issues and offering quick, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Updating customer data, tracking interactions, and keeping detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Explaining features, benefits, and helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Following up with customers, taking feedback, and building positive relationships to enhance brand loyalty.


Requirements

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally in Hindi/English (or required language), both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, email handling, and CRM/software systems.
  • Quick thinking to understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Handling customers calmly, even in difficult situations, while maintaining professionalism.
