Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer support via chat and ticketing systems.
   
2. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries and issues.
   
3. Maintain and update customer interaction records.
   
4. Achieve individual performance targets.
   

Requirements

• Ticketing Experience.
  
• Chat Support Experience of minimum 1 year.
  
• ​Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Understanding of Customer centric process.
  
• Good Communication in English & Hindi both.
