Salary: ₹22K In -hand (₹25K CTC)
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Off)

Language Requirement:
• English + Hindi (3 Positions)
• English + Malayalam (2 Positions)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer -focused professional to handle queries, complaints, and service requests across voice, chat, email, and ticketing platforms. Voice and ticketing experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, email, and social media
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for order and service support
• Track and close support tickets within defined timelines
• Maintain records in CRM tools
• Achieve metrics like CSAT, NPS, TAT, FCR, AHT
• Escalate complex cases when required
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 6 months–1 year of customer support experience
• Strong communication and problem -solving skills
• Experience in voice process and ticketing systems (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
• Customer -first approach with ability to multitask
