Customer Support Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent English proficiency are welcome to apply)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Salary: Up to ₹3.4 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shift

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through Email & Chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer interactions with empathy and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service standards while following company processes.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem -solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
