Job Description - Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a customer -focused Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, provide assistance, maintain customer relationships, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, queries, and follow -ups professionally.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients regarding services and processes.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and service updates.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Relationship Management / Client Handling.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem -solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude with a customer -first approach.
  • Experience in matrimonial services, hospitality, luxury services, consulting, or relationship management preferred.
