Job Description - Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer support executive that excels in meeting customers' expectations, from answering queries on services and products.

To be successful, you should stay informed about product and service informations and offers and maintain good relations with customers.

Ultimately, a successful candidate should be able to achieve outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales leads.
  • Outbound Calling
  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Good sales executive
  • Reaching set targets
  • Building good relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customers' needs.
  • Following procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
