Location: Hyderabad (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full -Time
No. of Positions: 30
Experience: 0 – 11 Months
Notice Period: Immediate
Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts with Rotational Offs



About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join  team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the frontline representative of our customer service team, providing excellent communication and support to our clients and users. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers and entry -level candidates who are passionate about customer experience and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and support to customers.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Handle inbound customer issues and follow up on requests through to resolution.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels while ensuring proper documentation.

  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive quality customer support outcomes.


Skill Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written English.

  • Customer support and service orientation.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Good problem -solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.


Shift Details

  • 24/7 rotational shifts

  • Rotational offs as per schedule



Requirements

Experience - Minimum 6 months exp in any tele calling or customer support
Qualification - Minimum 10+2 
Eligibility Criteria -
Should have excellent communication skill in English
We need people with strong problem -solving skills, who don't shy away from in -person interactions
Person should be flexible to do work from office

Benefits

Salary - NTH:20 K TO 30 K NTH
Shift - Day
Week off - 1 day off in a week
