Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for one of our leading clients in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be fluent in Telugu and English, and be comfortable working from the office in a structured day-shift environment. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
  

• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style in Telugu and English.
  

• Adhere to office protocols and work full-time from the assigned location.
  

• Maintain daily logs and updates as per company guidelines.
  

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support that encourages repeat engagement.
  

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Graduate (any discipline).
  

• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
  

• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

• Willingness to work from the office full-time.
  

• Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience can apply.

• Salary: ₹17,000 Net Take Home (NTH) + ₹8,000 Variable Pay
