Customer Support Executive(Email Writing & Chat Support)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who can quickly understand our product workflows and assist customers effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  
• Understand product workflows and guide customers with step-by-step solutions
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions
  
• Escalate technical bugs or complex issues to the internal team
  
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolution
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support quality
  

Tools & Platforms

• Intercom (Customer communication)
  
• Slack (Internal communication)
  
• Linear (Issue tracking and bug management)
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS or tech products)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to quickly   learn and understand product workflows and user journeys
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to handle multiple conversations/tickets simultaneously
  
• Must be comfortable working in US night shift
  

Location Requirement

• Candidates should be based in Faridabad or nearby areas and available for daily office commute ~ DO NOT APPLY if unable to work from office
