Job Description - Customer Support for E -Commerce

What will be provided for the job?

  • This is an On -Premise Job, which eliminates Field Work unless exclusively required.
  • Company will provide IT Infrastructure and Service like Computer, Mobile and Internet and sophisticated systems to help you to execute your tasks.
  • Working hours are 1 O AM to 07 PM with Sundays as Holidays [paid sunday]
  • The company will provide basic refreshments and a pantry for employees

What are you expected to do?

  • Receive phone calls of prospects and existing customers and communicate product
    related information.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell product when they arise.
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
  • Manage online channels chats and query.
  • Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Possess strong knowledge of priyaodisha products to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to suggest additional products to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Apply a superlative customer experience attitude on all interactions. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
  • Communicate Effectively And Professionally In All Forms Of Communication With Internal And External Customers.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Update social media channels with offers and promos as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 0 -2 years of experience in customer support and/or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem -solving and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with e -commerce and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Indian cultural nuances and understanding of the Indian market.
