Job Description - Customer Support Freshers - Tamil Nadu

Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Greenlight Hub team in Gurgaon as Customer Support Specialists. This role is central to empowering new driver partners by delivering exceptional in-person support, guiding them through onboarding, and equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in shaping the driver experience, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a positive brand presence. The ideal candidate is a self-driven communicator with a passion for helping others, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. This is a temporary, contract position with potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Experience: 0-1 year

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, in-person support to driver partners during onboarding and ongoing operations.
Guide new drivers through the onboarding process and introduce them to essential tools and resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve driver-related issues promptly and effectively.
Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s values and building enthusiasm among drivers.
Stay updated on company processes, tools, and policies to ensure accurate and consistent support.
Collaborate with the Driver Operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Graduate degree.
Proven ability to handle in-person interactions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset when addressing challenges.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for empowering others.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
