Job Description - Customer Support Inbound Voice

Customer Support – Inbound Voice

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Work Mode: On -site | Night Shift | Monday - Friday

Recent graduates with above average communication skills only

Responsibilities

Handle inbound international voice calls
Provide customer support with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain service quality standards and resolve customer queries
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics
Adapt to rotational schedules and maintain process compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
Recent Graduates (2025 pass -outs) with exceptional communication skills
Strong fluency in English (verbal & written)
Ability to work effectively in night shifts
Excellent interpersonal and problem -solving skills
