Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound customer calls efficiently
• Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional customer service & satisfaction
• Maintain AHT
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve performance targets set by the management team.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment (minimum 6 months in international voice process is mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
