Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
• Assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Tracking and documenting customer interactions and transactions to maintain accurate records.
• Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
• Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to customers as opportunities arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a technology company.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
