About the company:

RMX Industries is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing a wide range of activities such as digital marketing, outdoor campaigns, print media, exhibitions, and events. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communication.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with specific experience in cold calling and working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce products , qualify leads, and generate interest.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues to higher levels when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and sales.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices in customer support.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, with specific experience in cold calling and a BPO environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
