Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with specific experience in cold calling and working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce products , qualify leads, and generate interest.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues to higher levels when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and sales.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices in customer support.
Qualifications and skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, with specific experience in cold calling and a BPO environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
