Our organization is responsible for delivering Customer Services & Support for all customers, both transactional and contractual, across all regions & markets.
Warranty, both Hardware & Supplies, Consumer & Commercial is the transactional business offering from HP, in which we manage the end-to-end support for all customers with valid warranty entitlement.
The ideal candidate would have strong organizational and collaboration skills, solid accounting knowledge, ability to communicate financial results in a crisp way to management audiences and have an agile & growth mindset.
This role is a great opportunity for a passionate, ambitious candidate who wants to grow the career by having exposure to different finance, operational and category leaders.
Responsibilities
Provide support to standard financial activities like Month End Close, Budgeting & Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis of the results with story behind the numbers.
Consolidate Financial results and drive monthly financial reviews with internal (Category, Finance, Operations) and external (CO APJ Markets/GBU) stakeholders.
Provides financial analysis with strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving transformational savings and optimization targets.
Partner with category on supporting NPI’s, product quality improvements (AIR) and support model revisions impacts on forward looking cost projections.
Keep close engagement with APJ CO warranty market analysts, CS operational finance teams (Contact Center, Delivery, Service Supply Chain), Warranty Reserve Team etc..
Leads business initiatives, typically coordinating with analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
Continuously drive improvement in financial processes, identifies issues and proposes solutions.
Education & Experience Recommended:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
For Expert level: 7–10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and business finance.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
