Senior Manager – Visual Experience Delivery

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead delivery of high quality visual experiences across multiple disciplines including web, physical/digital spaces, video, 3D, and emerging technologies such as XR. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and client delivery.

You will be responsible for leading multi disciplinary teams, owning client engagements end to end, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing external vendors and partners. This is a hands on leadership role with accountability for outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Own end to end delivery of visual experience programs across web, physical environments, film/video, 3D, motion, and XR


• Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear delivery plans, scope, timelines, and resourcing models


• Ensure consistent quality, craft, and innovation across all deliverables


• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams


• Ensure delivery aligns with EY Studio+ standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary delivery lead for senior client stakeholders


• Partner closely with client experience, strategy, technology, and account teams


• Run governance, status reviews, and steering conversations with confidence and clarity


• Manage change requests, expectations, and commercial implications


• Build long term client trust through reliable, high quality delivery

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross disciplinary teams including designers, motion artists, 3D/XR specialists, producers, and technologists


• Create a strong delivery culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement


• Support capability building across emerging visual technologies and experience formats


• Work with talent and leadership teams on resourcing, onboarding, and performance management

Vendor & Partner Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors, studios, and production partners


• Own vendor scoping, estimates, timelines, and quality assurance


• Ensure vendors operate as an extension of the EY Studio+ delivery team


• Track vendor performance and manage costs, contracts, and commercials

Operational Excellence

• Drive delivery efficiencies through improved processes, templates, and ways of working


• Support estimation, pricing, and effort modeling for new opportunities


• Contribute to building scalable delivery models for Studio+ across GDS


• Collaborate globally with EY teams across regions and time zones

Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience delivering complex visual or experiential projects


• Strong background across multiple disciplines such as web, digital experiences, video/film, spatial or physical experiences, 3D, motion, or XR


• Proven experience leading large, multi disciplinary teams


• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills


• Deep experience in delivery management, planning, budgeting, and risk management


• Experience working with external vendors and creative/production partners


• Comfortable operating in fast paced, complex, enterprise environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global clients and delivery teams (onshore/offshore)


• Exposure to emerging technologies in immersive or interactive experiences


• Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models


• Experience within consulting, agency, or studio led delivery environments
