 Please find below the IJP criteria for the Tech Support (Voice Process | 24/7) position:

1. Communication Skills (Very Important)
  • Clear and neutral spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Good pronunciation, clarity, and appropriate pace
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer -friendly manner

2. Technical Knowledge (Role -Based)

Basic understanding of:
  • Operating Systems: Windows
  • Networking fundamentals: LAN, IP, VPN basics
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Application or product knowledge
3. Customer Handling & Soft Skills
  • Empathy and patience while handling customers
  • Ability to manage irate or confused customers effectively
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Problem -solving attitude
  • Proper escalation judgment




Requirements

4. Process & Compliance Awareness
  • Willingness to follow SOPs
  • Accurate and timely documentation
  • Understanding of ticketing tools and SLAs
5. Shift & 24/7 Readiness
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and rotational shifts
  • Good reliability and attendance history
  • Ability to handle stress in high call -volume environments
Willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
