Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK). Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality. Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, and offer processes. Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external systems. Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization. Develop test cases and conduct UAT support. Deliver user training and post-go-live support. Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK). Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI or middleware). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field. 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 full-cycle RCM/RMK implementations. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification preferred.
