Design and configure RMK career sites and campaigns. Collaborate with clients on employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. Implement job distribution, social media integration, and SEO optimization. Analyze recruitment marketing analytics and campaign performance. Support integration between RMK and RCM modules. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors RMK configuration. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and candidate journey mapping. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data analytics. Ability to collaborate with creative and HR teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR, or IT. 4+ years of experience in SuccessFactors RMK implementation. SAP SuccessFactors RMK certification preferred.
