The individual will work at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and cyber security, transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision\u2011making. The role includes analysing financial statements and performance metrics, building headcount and KPI reports, developing dashboards, and supporting forecasting and budgeting activities. The Cyber Finance Data Analyst will partner with Finance, Cyber Security leadership, and cross\u2011functional teams to improve financial visibility, planning accuracy, and overall business performance.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u00b7 Financial Data Analysis\n\n * Analyse financial statements, business drivers, and performance metrics to identify trends and variances.\n * Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis to support strategic planning.\n * Provide data\u2011driven insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Reporting \u0026 Dashboards\n\n * Build automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Python.\n * Maintain and enhance financial KPI dashboards for leadership teams.\n * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all financial reports.\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Forecasting \u0026 Budget Support\n\n * Support FP\u0026A activities including billing, revenue management, and headcount management.\n * Assist with annual budgeting and scenario planning models.\n * Validate data inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare presentation materials.\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Data Management \u0026 Quality\n\n * Extract, clean, and validate financial and operational data from various sources.\n * Maintain financial databases and ensure a single source of truth for analytical needs.\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Business Partnering\n\n * Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand analytical needs.\n * Present insights in a clear, concise, and business\u2011friendly manner.\n * Recommend actions to optimise financial performance and reduce risks.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\nCandidates MUST have the following to qualify for this position:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.\n * 3\u20135 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP\u0026A.\n * Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulae, Power Query, pivot tables).\n * Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.\n * Understanding of financial statements, FP\u0026A processes, and business performance metrics.\n * High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and problem\u2011solving skills.\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.\n\n\n\nKey Competencies\n\n * Analytical mindset.\n * Business acumen.\n * Data visualisation.\n * Financial modelling.\n * Collaboration and communication.\n * Process improvement.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
