Requirements

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk PAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CyberArk components, infrastructure management, and integration with enterprise security ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and upgrade CyberArk PAM solutions including:
  • Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
    
  • Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
    
  • Central Policy Manager (CPM)
    
  • PSMP, CP, CCP
    
  • Conjur, Secrets Hub
    
• Manage and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups for CyberArk infrastructure
  
• Perform patching, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance
  
• Configure and manage:
  • Credential vaulting
    
  • Password management
    
  • Session management
    
  • Secret management
    
  • API integrations
    
• Design and configure load balancers for PSM and CCP
  
• Work on CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PCloud) architecture and environment setup
  
• Configure and support advanced modules:
  • Workforce Password Management (WPM)
    
  • Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
    
  • Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
    
  • Secure Web Sessions (SWS)
    
• Collaborate with stakeholders to:
  • Understand business/security requirements
    
  • Provide customized PAM solutions and integrations
    

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM implementations
  
• Strong experience with CyberArk core components (EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.)
  
• Good understanding of:
  • Privileged Access Management concepts
    
  • Secret & credential management
    
  • Session monitoring and auditing
    
• Experience in infrastructure management, including:
  • HA/DR setups
    
  • Network configuration
    
  • System upgrades
    
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  

Good to Have Skills

• Integration experience with:
  • SSO, MFA, SIEM tools
    
  • IGA solutions like SailPoint / Saviynt
    
• Knowledge of:
  • LDAP, SQL
    
  • Windows & Linux environments
    
• Exposure to enterprise security technologies:
  • Active Directory, DNS, Exchange
    
  • Firewalls, VPN, IPS, Proxy
    
  • PKI infrastructure
    
• CyberArk certifications:
  • Defender
    
  • Sentry
    
  • CDE PAM / CPC / EPM
