Job Description - Cybersecurity Sales Professional

Job Title: Cybersecurity Sales Professional

Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: [Mumbai / Ahmedabad]
Employment Type: Full -Time


Job Summary

We are looking for a high -performing Cybersecurity Sales
Professional
with 3–5 years of experience in B2B solution selling. This
role is focused on new business acquisition, revenue growth, and deal
closure
for cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter
with proven experience managing complex sales cycles and exceeding targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and achieve quarterly and annual revenue
    targets
  • Own
    the end -to -end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching,
    negotiation, and closure
  • Build
    and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and
    partner channels
  • Identify
    customer pain points and position cybersecurity solutions as business
    enablers
  • Engage
    decision -makers (C -level, IT Heads, Security Leaders) and influence buying
    decisions
  • Deliver
    compelling sales presentations and coordinate demos/POCs with pre -sales
    teams
  • Prepare
    commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts; lead negotiations to close
    deals
  • Forecast
    revenue accurately and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Upsell
    and cross -sell cybersecurity solutions to existing customers
  • Collaborate
    with marketing for demand generation and lead conversion
  • Track
    market trends, competitors, and customer buying behavior


Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5
    years of quota -carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in
    cybersecurity or IT solutions
  • Demonstrated
    success in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong
    prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation skills
  • Ability
    to sell value and ROI, not just products
  • Experience
    handling medium to large deal sizes
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity
    with CRM tools and sales forecasting

Preferred Experience

  • Prior
    experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as Zero Trust, SOC, SIEM,
    Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, IAM, or Managed Security Services
  • Relevant
    certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or sales certifications) are a
    plus
  • Prior
    experience working with system integrators, MSSPs, or cybersecurity
    vendors
  • Experience
    selling to mid -market or enterprise customers
  • Understanding
    of consultative and solution -based selling methodologies
