D2C ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE (From Beauty/ Skincare/fmcg)

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling D2C commerce leader in India’s beauty, skincare, and FMCG sector, we’re building next-gen digital brand experiences that drive conversion, retention, and community-led growth. We operate across owned channels, marketplaces, and social commerce — combining consumer insights, agile merchandising, and performance marketing to scale brands with precision.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of D2C storefronts — pricing, inventory sync, content updates, and promotions across Shopify, Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.


• Work cross-functionally with marketing, CX, and supply chain to ensure seamless customer journeys from discovery to delivery.


• Monitor and optimize funnel metrics — cart abandonment, AOV, conversion rate — using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and platform dashboards.


• Run A/B tests on product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows to incrementally boost conversion and reduce bounce rates.


• Manage influencer, UGC, and community content calendars to maintain brand tone and drive engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.


• Prepare weekly performance reports and forecast demand spikes around festivals, launches, and flash sales.
