As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing and scaling our online business across our own website, marketplace platforms, and quick commerce websites. You will be responsible for paid advertising execution, performance reporting, and product listing & catalog management across platforms. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited about driving growth in a fast-paced D2C startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Coordination
● Develop, implement, and refine paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and other marketplace platforms, as well as Google and Meta.
● Oversee campaign structuring, keyword selection, bidding strategies, and budget management.
● Guarantee accurate targeting, catalog preparedness, and integration of offers throughout campaign periods.
● Monitor campaign metrics such as traffic, click-through rate (CTR), conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and total advertising cost of sales (TACOS).
● Collaborate with design and content teams to coordinate creatives including banners, ad copy, and videos.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer ratings, and reviews.
● Produce performance dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with actionable recommendations.
● Analyze competitor strategies concerning pricing, promotions, advertising approaches, and catalog positioning.
● Identify opportunities for growth based on data insights and trends observed in the marketplace.
3. Website & Platform Catalog Management
● Administer and update product listings on the brand’s website, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.
● Maintain accuracy of product details such as descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO tags.
● Monitor website performance and coordinate with design and technical teams to address any issues.
● Assist with catalog expansion, new product launches, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Key Capabilities
● 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or digital marketing, preferably on the brand side.
● 1 to 3 years of practical experience managing Amazon Ads is required.
● Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart is preferred.
● Experience in e-commerce operations, particularly product listing and catalog management.
● Analytical thinker with proficient skills in MS Excel.
● Detail-focused, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
