D365 Navision/Business Central Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced D365 Navision / Business Central Functional Consultant with strong expertise in end -to -end ERP implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central across multiple business functions, with a strong understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end -to -end implementation projects for D365 Navision / Business Central.
  

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  

• Prepare detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for development and customization.
  

• Configure and support modules including Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse, and Finance.
  

• Coordinate with technical consultants and developers to ensure accurate system development and integration.
  

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are implemented smoothly.
  

• Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and post -implementation support.
  

• Conduct user training and ensure successful system adoption.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
  

• Hands -on experience with Manufacturing, SCM, Warehouse, and Finance modules.
  

• Proven experience in ERP implementation lifecycle.
  

• Ability to prepare functional documentation and business process mapping.
  

• Experience leading UAT sessions and implementation support.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
