As a DAT Tech Solutions-SAP-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other information, enhancing credibility and reliability for various stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will be responsible for building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assist clients in assessing and managing risk and controls during their transformation journey. You will evaluate clients' approaches to ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls, while educating them on leading practice recommendations. Your ability to navigate complexity and inspire others will be crucial as you contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

- Conducting audits of SAP systems to evaluate internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading walkthroughs with clients to assess business and IT processes, focusing on ERP security and IT General Controls
- Collaborating with engagement teams to draft client deliverables and support engagement scoping and planning activities
- Managing project economics and providing coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Reviewing and testing key reports to address risks related to Information Produced by Entity (IPE) for completeness and accuracy
- Utilizing SAP ERP and SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to support business transformations and risk management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and support proposal development
- Preparing reports and deliverables for clients, confirming clarity and alignment with business objectives
- Supporting system transformation assessments by evaluating security controls and recommending improvements
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and developments in SAP and system transformation fields

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics , Regulatory Compliance, Science and/or other relevant degree or in lieu of degree a Chartered Accountant/CPA or Equivalent or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- At least 4-7 years of experience
- Demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, experience in SAP/Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing, data analysis, compliance, internal audit, or risk.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
