Job Description - Data Analyst

Job Title: Operations & Insights Analyst

Experience: 1 -2 Years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 2.00PM to 11:00PM

Role Overview:

Seeking an Operations & Insights Analyst who can bridge data and business operations. This
role focuses on driving operational efficiency, generating actionable insights, and
communicating findings through clear presentations. The ideal candidate is process -oriented,
comfortable working with data, and skilled at collaborating with cross -functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

â Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

â Support day -to -day operational reporting, tracking key metrics, SLAs, and performance
indicators.

â Use SQL (basic to intermediate) to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad -hoc
analysis.

â Translate data insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and business
teams.

â Work closely with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes
and pain points.

â Recommend and support process improvements based on data -backed insights.

â Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports.

â Assist in documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
(SOPs).

Required Skills & Experience:

â 1 -2 years of experience in operations, process analytics, business analysis, or a similar
role.

â Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).

â Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

â Basic to intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis.

â Strong problem -solving and analytical thinking abilities.

â Experience handling operational work, tracking metrics, and managing recurring
deliverables.

â Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.

â Exposure to process frameworks.
