Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail -oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The role requires strong hands -on expertise in Google Sheets, SQL, and Tableau, along with the ability to communicate data -backed stories clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau for business tracking and performance analysis
  

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data
  

• Use Google Sheets for data analysis, automation, reporting, and ad -hoc insights
  

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision -making
  

• Work closely with cross -functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs
  

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
  

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non -technical stakeholders
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data validation, automation)
  

• Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, performance optimization)
  

• Hands -on experience with Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields, filters, visual storytelling)
  

• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
  

• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high attention to detail
  

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  

• Experience working with business stakeholders and leadership teams
  

• Exposure to data -driven decision -making environments
  

• Basic understanding of business metrics and KPIs
