Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail -oriented and analytical Data
Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support data -driven decision -making
across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for collecting,
validating, analysing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights
that drive business growth. Experience in market research will be considered an
added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review,
  validate, and maintain data across various business functions to ensure
  accuracy and consistency
  
• Perform
  data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth
  opportunities
  
• Develop
  key business metrics and KPIs to track organizational performance
  
• Design
  and implement data collection processes, policies, and governance
  standards
  
• Conduct
  data profiling to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues
  
• Cleanse,
  sanitize, and standardize data sources for reliable reporting
  
• Analyze
  customer behavior and market trends to support strategic planning
  
• Generate
  reports, dashboards, and visualizations using relevant tools
  
• Collaborate
  with cross -functional teams to understand business requirements and
  provide analytical solutions
  
• Manage
  end -to -end data lifecycle including collection, storage, processing, and
  reporting
  
• Present
  insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer
  Science, or related field
  
• 2+
  years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
  
• Strong
  knowledge of data mining, data profiling, and data validation techniques
  
• Hands -on
  experience with Excel, SQL, and reporting/BI tools (Power BI / Tableau /
  Google Data Studio or similar)
  
• Good
  understanding of data governance and data management practices
  
• Strong
  analytical thinking and problem -solving skills
  
• Excellent
  reporting and presentation skills
  
• Ability
  to work independently and manage multiple tasks
