Job Description - Data Analyst

Â· Data Analysis: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

Â· Database Development: Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.

Â· Data Acquisition: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Â· Trend Identification: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Â· Data Cleaning: Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct issues.

Â· Prioritization: Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements

Experience

Â· 5–7 years in data -driven business roles (preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or Contact Center environments).

Functional/Technical Skills

Â· Technical expertise in data models, database design, development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

Â· Strong hands -on experience with writing complex SQL queries.

Â· Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
