Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Build
  and maintain company-wide dashboards: revenue, client profitability, headcount
  cost, team utilisation
  
• Support
  Founder and department heads with data for planning and review decisions — this
  is internal business intelligence, distinct from client-facing marketing
  reporting
  
• Respond
  to ad hoc data requests from Finance, HR, and Leadership
  
• Maintain
  data hygiene and a single source of truth across internal business metrics
  

Must-Have Skills / Screening
Criteria

• Working
  SQL proficiency
  
• Strong
  Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
  
• Able
  to translate raw data into a clear business recommendation, not just a chart
  

Good to Have

• Prior
  experience building dashboards for a services/agency business model (billing,
  utilisation, margin)
