Develop strategic roadmaps that balance near-term quick wins with long-term enterprise transformation. Present executive-level recommendations to C-level stakeholders. Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client workshops. Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies to guide clients on innovation. 15+ years of experience in Data and AI with 5+ years in consulting/advisory roles focused on data strategy, AI, or digital transformation. Proven track record of delivering client-facing strategy engagements. Strong knowledge of AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data management. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to link data & AI strategy to measurable outcomes. Lead enterprise-wide assessment of data and AI maturity, including technology, processes, and people. Define the target-state vision for the organization's data and AI capabilities. Develop a multi-year roadmap for adoption, including quick wins and long-term initiatives. Partner with business units to identify high-value AI use cases and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Establish data governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to align platform and architecture strategy. Track and measure the impact of AI and data initiatives through defined KPIs. Provide executive leadership with insights and recommendations to support investment decisions Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, AI governance, and cloud data platforms. Experience with maturity assessments, capability building, and operating model design. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing and AI tools. Knowledge of Gen AI and Agentic AI Have Architected Cloud Data and AI Platforms Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
