Job Overview: 
We are looking for Data & Analytics Engineer with 2 years of experience in designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines on GCP, along with strong expertise in ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and analytics solutions. Proficient in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI and Metabase to deliver reliable, high-quality data insights for business decision-making.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines on GCP using Dataflow, BigQuery, Datastream, Cloud Storage, and related services.
• Architect and implement robust ETL/ELT frameworks to integrate data from multiple source systems into GCP-based data lakes and data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Metabase for business and operational insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality datasets.
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, data validation, and troubleshooting across the data platform.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design discussions and process improvements.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
• Core GCP Tools: Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Datastream, and GCP ecosystem services.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL development.
• Data Engineering Concepts: Experience with data warehousing, data modeling,Data vaul ETL/ELT design patterns, and pipeline optimization.
• Visualization: Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase.
• Version Control & Deployment: Familiarity with Git-based workflows and deployment best practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
