Job Description - Data Center Operations Engineer

Position Title: Data Center Operations Engineer

Experience:1 -3 yr

Budget:5 LPA Max

Location: Mumbai (Panvel) (local)

Notice period: 30 Day -Immediate joiner

Skills set : Linux servers,RAID configurations ,data center operations, RAID levels (RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10), Hardware Engineer ,server hardware , unmounting servers , rack mounting

Key Responsibilities:

â Install, configure, and maintain Linux -based servers

â Configure and manage RAID levels (RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10) to ensure data performance and redundancy

â Perform hardware replacement for servers, including disks, memory, power supplies, and other components

â Execute server mounting and unmounting in racks following data center standards

â Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to minimize downtime

â Coordinate with system administrators and network teams for smooth server operations

â Ensure proper documentation of hardware changes and maintenance activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

â Proven experience as a Hardware Engineer or similar role

â Strong knowledge of server hardware and Linux operating systems

â Hands -on experience with RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10

â Experience with rack mounting and unmounting servers

â Ability to perform server hardware replacements efficiently
