We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data systems that power analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, creating reliable data pipelines, and enabling stakeholders with clean, well-structured, and accessible data. As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure data flows seamlessly from source systems to downstream consumers.

You will play a critical role in shaping data architecture, improving data quality, and supporting both real-time and batch processing use cases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, offering strong learning exposure and long-term growth opportunities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data integration, or backend data roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and analytical databases
• Experience building and managing data pipelines using Python or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance optimization
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred)
• Understanding of batch and real-time data processing concepts
• Experience working with BI or analytics tools to support reporting and insights
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership over data quality and reliability
