Data Engineer

Job Title: Data Engineer – ETL & Python

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python and ETL development to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, data integration, and data transformation while ensuring high data quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines using Python and ETL tools.


• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.


• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.


• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data requirements.


• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and improve pipeline performance.


• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data processes.


• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).


• Implement automation, logging, and error-handling mechanisms for data workflows.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or ETL Development.


• Strong programming skills in Python.


• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar).


• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.


• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.


• Experience with cloud technologies and modern data platforms is an added advantage.


• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
