If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Data Engineer - HRIS BI to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nSame as Data Engineer skillset with additional working knowledge in BI tools.\n\nData Management \n\u00b7 Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules \n\u00b7 Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities \n\u00b7 Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes \n\u00b7 Document data models, mappings, and migration procedures \nSystem Integration \n\u00b7 Configure integrations between Workday and third-party applications \n\u00b7 Develop integration specifications and technical designs \n\u00b7 Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions \n\u00b7 Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations \nTechnical Configuration \u0026 Development \n\u00b7 Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics \n\u00b7 Create and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures) \n\u00b7 Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements \n\u00b7 Configure Workday modules according to design specifications \n\u00b7 Build and maintain business processes, security configurations, and reports \n\u00b7 Develop custom calculations, rules, and business logic \n\u00b7 Create and maintain configuration workbooks and technical documentation \n\u00b7 Participate in system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing \nReporting \u0026 Analytics \n\u00b7 Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source \n\u00b7 Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake \n\u00b7 Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users \n\u00b7 Design and implement metrics and KPIs for HR analytics \n\u00b7 Support data analysis needs throughout the implementation lifecycle \nRequired Experience \u0026 Skills \n\u00b7 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration \n\u00b7 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting \n\u00b7 Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms \n\u00b7 Experience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures \n\u00b7 Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools \n\u00b7 Experience with ETL processes and data validation techniques \n\u00b7 Understanding of HR data structures and relationships \n\u00b7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities \n\u00b7 Knowledge of programming languages (Python etc.) \n\u00b7 Experience with data visualization tools \n\u00b7 Understanding of API integration patterns and technologies \n\u00b7 Experience with agile development methodologies\n\n#LI-NorthAmerica\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
