Data Engineering Manager - Azure Data Factory/DataLake

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud and Data Engineering Manager to support our Enterprise Data Environment and provide strategic and technical direction to help deliver solutions using cloud-based technologies.Role : Manager - Azure Cloud and Data Engineering Manager Experience : 10-14 Years Location : Gurugram (Hybrid) Shift Timing : 2PM-11PM Key Responsibilities :- Proficient in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure CI/CD. - Skilled in data modelling, data services, reporting, and analytics. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. - Manage production support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimal system performance. - Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy in collaboration with IT managers and business stakeholders. - Provide architectural leadership in strategic projects, focusing on data architecture. - Build credibility and rapport with business stakeholders, data stewards, and team members. - Facilitate coordination between onshore and offshore teams. - Conduct technical investigations and proof of concepts, making recommendations. - Ensure data quality throughout ETL and data pipelines, improving data management processes, storage, security. - Deliver detailed data design documentation and data models for project development teams. - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven client-facing track record.Required Experience :- Minimum of 2+ years managing a data engineering team. - Extensive experience in data management. - Proven experience in production support activities. - Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure -Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure CI/CD. - Expertise in database/tables/SPs/view creation, modification and optimization. - Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
