Job Description - Data Governance & Service Continuity Specialist
Participate in Major Incident reviews and Change Advisory Board sessions. Process optimisation, automation awareness, and agile ways of working. Operate collaboratively within a global team environment. Contribute towards continuous improvement and process simplification initiatives. 4-8 years of experience in Data Governance and IT Service Management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving approach with proficiency in Google Cloud Platform. Skilled in incident and change processes with prior experience in service operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and respond quickly to operational challenges. Team‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and collaborative delivery. Preferred qualifications: ITIL certification, exposure to telecom domain, experience in large global organisations. Graduate or Post‑graduate qualification in engineering or related technical discipline. Valid Indian passport with rare travel requirements.
