Data Lead

Lead data strategy, governance, and quality standards for SAP S/4HANA. Manage data migration cycles including extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and load. Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to define data objects and mapping rules. Oversee data readiness, cutover planning, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with master data standards and support ongoing data improvements. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration and master data management. Hands‑on expertise with tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, or equivalent. Solid understanding of SAP master data objects (Material, Customer, Vendor, BOM, Routing, etc.). Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex data workstreams.
