Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business success? We’re seeking a skilled Data Management & Data Mining Specialist to join our vibrant Noida team. This role is crucial for supporting our inside sales and marketing teams by maintaining high-quality data and uncovering trends that power strategic decisions.

Important: This is a full-time role based onsite at our Noida office and requires working an India night shift schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Apply advanced data mining techniques to discover patterns and insights

• Collaborate closely with inside sales and business teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions

• Support marketing and sales campaigns with targeted data insights

• Clean, preprocess, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and storage systems

• Manage data uploads and maintenance on platforms including Outreach and Salesforce

• Monitor and oversee data workflows on Outreach to ensure smooth sales operations

What You Bring

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline

Technical Skills:

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Zero Bounce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other relevant data platforms

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint for data presentations

• Familiarity with data modeling, data cleaning, and visualization tools is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities

• Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
